NVidia PC Leak

Nvidia says a leak containing God of War, Gears 6, and a Super Mario Bros PC Port is real, but “speculative.”

In a statement to Wcctech, the hardware provider said that it was “aware of an unauthorized published game list, with both released and/or speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing. Inclusion on the list is neither confirmation nor an announcement of any game.”

The list should definitely be taken with a grain of salt, but it contains a treasure trove of would-be PC ports; Demon’s Souls, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, Horizon Forbidden West, Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3, Ratchet & Clank. There’s also potential information on brand-new games, including XCOM 3, Tekken 8, a new Metro, and the rumored GTA Remastered Trilogy.

While Nvidia says the list is speculative, journalist Alex Donaldson claims it’s “pointless doubting it”. They point that out 9 years ago, they were accidentally given a code from a major publisher which offered “access to everything that publisher had on Steam, released & prototype.” Some of those prototypes came to be released, and others didn’t, but Donaldson says it’s “pointless doubting” the legitimacy of the leak, and that “it’s just a question of what is an active project heading towards release.”
